Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on every order within The United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. Style delivered free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT), London time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within The United Kingdom. Our priority is offering an excellent local experience, if we expand our shipping areas, you will be the first to hear about it.

What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and may take up to 14 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

I didn't receive my order what should I do?

First, check your tracking link from the dispatch email or use the Tracking Page. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. If this time has passed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve it quickly.

Can I update or cancel my order?

You can update or cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
