All orders are shipped free of charge. There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT), London time

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners. Depending on stock availability, products may be dispatched from warehouses within the United Kingdom or the European Union. This does not affect delivery times, pricing, or customer rights.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time via our dedicated Track & Trace page on the website.

5. Customs & Import Fees

Customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

For damaged deliveries, please include clear photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
